A DRIVING whizz has revealed how you can prevent your car getting cold and therefore heat it up in half the time.

The TikTok star reveals how parking in a different place could save you time – and keep you warm – in the morning.

The video is posted by an account named Drive with Kruzee and is captioned: "How to keep your car from feeling like Antarctica in the winter!"

This account has racked up more than 17,000 followers as it regularly shares revolutionary tips like these to make life easier for motorists.

The first tip given in the video is to park your vehicle near a wall or inside a garage

This blocks the wind and keeps the engine warmer.

The expert also revealed a windshield cover is key to stopping the cold from getting through the glass.

The third, and most strange of all is to place a blanket beneath the hood of the car and on top of the engine.

He says an electric blanket is best but any blanket should do the trick.
