AN UNEXPECTED patch was dropped for Fortnite today (December 19) following a short downtime.
It has brought a number of improvements to the number one battle royale that players are excited to dive into.
New weapons, instruments and other bonuses are great changes for Fortnite players.
Here are the biggest changes in the latest Fortnite update.
Fortnite: Movement speed improvements
New movement animations were added this season, and players were mad that they seemed slower than before.
Epic Games has listened to people’s complaints and has sped up the new animations so that they are comparable to the old ones.

Fortnite: Lego Fortnite capacity increase
Not long after its release Lego Fortnite is also getting a buff to its playability.
The stacking capacity for each resource has been increased from 30 to 50, meaning you’ll be able to carry more types of resources on you.
Fortnite: Icy Grappler unvaulted
A frosty version of the Grappler has been enabled in this update, fitting in with the season.
Just like the Grappler, the Icy Grappler will allow you to cling to walls and drag you towards them.
The Icy Grappler adds the Ice Feet status, which gives more speed and momentum at the cost of your controls.
