UBISOFT recently made an announcement that will affect a huge number of Assassin’s Creed players.
The company is giving players a few months’ warning, but after this the games’ features will be gone for good.
From January 24, 2023, players of the ten games listed below will no longer be able to play the games online.
This includes four games from the Assassin’s Creed series: the three games in the Ezio trilogy, and Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD.
If you already own these games, you will be able to play the single-player mode, but you won’t be able to use any online features.
That includes online multiplayer and anything that requires connecting your Ubisoft account.

A number of games that are based around their multiplayer component are also included in the list.
Games like Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Splinter Cell Conviction will have their playability severely limited after January.
The change is particularly important for completionists who could miss out on certain trophies and achievements.
Some games have trophies and achievements which require people to play online in order to get them.
